As you know, my betta died. While I was really sad and upset about the whole thing, it did not take me any time to get a new fish. Actually, I got a new fish the very next day.

After looking at three different stores, I settled on the fish below. Although it is not red, this fish is much livelier than the last one. It seems to like the tank and moves around it a lot more than the other fish did. This fish is also more responsive to the outside world. It follows my every move when I am around the tank. It looks like it could be younger than the last fish. Lastly, it is a handsome fish in its own right. You might not be able to tell from the video and pictures, but the fish is blue and has a little red on it as well.

So, I like the new fish and I may be getting attached to it, but I cannot help but feel guilty having lost the last fish so recently. Oh, well. I guess I will get over the guilt eventually.
